How to Use Coupons
There are two things you need to know in order to use a coupon when purchasing your tickets:
- The coupon code must be entered during checkout in order to receive the discount
- All coupons must be presented to the guide on the day of the tour in order to be valid.
Coupon Questions
I entered my coupon and nothing happened.
This probably means your coupon is invalid, so take a look at the date and terms on the coupon. You also might want to double check that you have entered it correctly (coupons are case sensitive), that it hasn’t expired, and that it is indeed a valid coupon. If all else fails and you believe the coupon is valid, give us a call at (720) 938-8885.
I have multiple coupons or tickets I want to redeem, but there’s only one place to enter a coupon number.
Unfortunately, we can only allow one coupon per transaction. This includes prepaid tickets, entertainment coupons and all other discounts. However, nothing is stopping you from buying your tickets in more than one purchase. So, for example, if you have more than one prepaid ticket, just buy each separately. It’s a few more clicks, but hey, you get a discount!
My coupon code is too long for the box
If the code you’ve been given doesn’t fit, enter as much of the code that does fit and it should work. If that still doesn’t work, please call.
Types of Coupons
Tickets
If you have physical tickets, whether purchased at an auction, as a donation, or gift the coupon code is the ticket number in the lower right hand corner. It looks like this (highlighted in yellow):
Entertainment Book Coupons
The “Buy One Get One” coupons that are included on the entertainment coupon books are only valid for purchase at the bus. This means you cannot purchase these tickets in advance and must bring cash or check to the bus to purchase any additional tickets. They are subject to availability, but you can always see how many seats are left by clicking on the tour you want to take.
Online Entertainment Coupons
The Entertainment Book’s online site offers more discounts than the book. Namely, under “additional Discounts, you can get 20% off your whole purchase. To use this coupon, go to Enertainment book Online and find Banjo Billy, then print out the coupon and enter the “PLU Code” from your certificate into the coupon box during checkout. You can find the code on your printable coupon as show below (the code can be found where you see the yellow box).

Unfortunately, these coupons are not valid. The person who runs the site simply created a coupon for us and we can’t honor them. However, there are great discounts elsewhere so if the regular price is too steep, keep looking and we’ll hope to see you soon!
