So you just bought a Groupon to the awesomest tour in Denver… now what?
First of all, thank you! We had a great response and we are so happy to have you all on board. That said, there are some things you need to know in order to redeem your Groupon and get on this funky bus!
How to Redeem Your Groupon
1) Go to our Tickets Page and select your tour
2) Choose how many tickets you want. NOTE: You will only be able to redeem one Groupon per purchase. However, you can make as many purchases as you like, so if you have more than one Groupon, just do it twice. We know, it’s a few more clicks, but hey, you got it at half price and that’s pretty awesome right?
3) Make sure you choose at least one “Adult” ticket first. The first ticket you choose will have the Groupon applied to it, so don’t choose a kids ticket or a senior ticket or it won’t work. Each time you redeem a Groupon, make sure you’re buying an Adult ticket (and seniors, don’t worry, though you may be in the wrong age category, you’re still saving $6, we only make the 6-12 year olds pay full price).
4) Once you’ve selected your tickets, click on the “Discount/Voucher” link just below the tour name (see the yellow highlighted area in the image below).
Once you click on the link, enter your Groupon code in the field. That’s what will get you the sweet, sweet discount you deserve for buying through Groupon. The code is in the upper right hand corner of your Groupon and should look like this:
See that number that starts with 423? That’s the number you want to enter, hyphens and all (but not the # sign).
5) Print your tickets. All tickets are emailed, so just print out that email and bring it with you to the tour.

What if all the tours are sold out?
Not to worry, we anticipated that a lot of people might want to buy these Groupons and as tours fill up, we’ll add more so everyone gets a chance to get on board. You can always see the most up to date schedule on our Tickets Page
Can I use this for a tour in Boulder?
The short answer is “No”. This promotion was to get out the word that we have an awesome tour in Denver too, so these Groupons, as stated in the “Fine Print” section are only good for Denver tours. We’d love to have you in Boulder too, but you can’t use your Groupon to take that tour.
Can I use this for the Boulder Brewery tour?
In this case, the answer is No and then No again. The brewery tour is a) in Boulder (see above) and b) actually run by The West End Tavern. They have contracted us to drive those tours, but we don’t handle the tickets for them and therefore it would be really, really unfair of us to sell tickets at a discount without their permission. If you want to take a Boulder Brew Tour (an they’re awesome) head on over to their website.
Can I use this for the Ghost Tours in October?
For the same reason we didn’t sell Boulder tours, this Groupon is also not good for Ghost tours.
Can I buy additional tickets?
Definitely! you can even buy theme at the same time you purchase your Groupon ticket, just add more tickets to your cart and head through the shopping cart.
